BEAVER is equipped with continuous bevel width adjustment, overload protection and electronic speed control for use on a variety of materials. It is highly efficient machine for edge weld preparation and rounding off steel construction before painting or coating.

CHAMFERING :

The milling head of the machine enables beveling materials of the minimum thickness of 1.5mm at the angle of 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, 55° or 60° & with the maximum bevel width of 16mm.

Each milling head uses 5 indexable cutting inserts. Beveling of curved edges is also possible, curved surface of very small radius could be possible as long as operator is able to keep the machine during work.

Bevel radius R3, R4 or R5
Edge Rounding :
Using the milling head for rounding enables beveling edges with radius of 3, 4 or 5mm with use of 4-sided indexable R3, R4 or R5 cutting inserts.

Countersinking Min. ID 40mm
Countersinking :
Countersinking beveling of holes with minimum 40 mm diameter is also possible.

Countersinking Min. ID 40mm
Pipe Beveling :
The Beaver can also be used for beveling of pipes on the ID. & OD. Minm. ID for internal pipe beveling is 40mm & there are no limits for max OD for outer pipe beveling
